This workshop is a part of series which have been organized in 2003 by Mersin University, Institute of Mathematics of Ukrainian National Academy of Sciences, Taras Schevchenko National University in Kyiv. Workshop languages for talks are Turkish, Russian and English (preferred). Plenary and sectional reports are planned. Abstracts of talks will be published (only in English) before the beginning of the workshop. The proceeding of the workshop will be published. Workshop fee is €50. (Exceptionally, €20 for participants from Ukraine) The registration fee includes the workshop proceedings, abstract book. If you prefer lunch and dinner during the workshop period you have to add €20 to the fee above.
